Definitely not so bad for the price but have a few cons need to be added for better stay. Cons: 1.) No microwave we had leftover food we couldn't eat because it was cold. 2.) TV not being a smart tv with features like Netflix or peacock etc very lay down we didn't like TV selection. 3.) The bed wasn't so great I had pain in my neck after days of staying here. 4.) WiFi is not so great. Can be better. Pros: 1.) Location is pretty good, can get around easier with busses and train. 2.) Has a refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. 4 stars given cause cons but overall will definitely stay here again.
Normally I am not a person who comments much, but when we came to the room, it smelled very nice, it did not smell of weed like in other hotels and it was very clean and the furniture was new. The woman at the reception was very helpful and when we asked for an address she was very helpful even called someone to ask it for us.
It was nice, neat and clean, my only issue was with parking. It was tight. That's why only 4 stars for location. We went to Universal Studios that Saturday before,so it was nice and close to the amusement park. The drive to the motel wasn't so far after a long day.
Decent short stay Parking is an issue if you arrive late at night Rooms comes with fridge and tv only there is a great tacos outside the accommodation
Got no complaints. My room was clean, bug free, and all the amenities worked well. I spent a total of 5 nights here, traveling out each day to touristy places. The location was perfect and centered well for all my different activities. LA traffic can be rough, and there’s no getting around that, but traffic around the hotel was only moderate at worst. The price was excellent, so if I’m ever back in LA I would stay here again.
The managers of this establishment were very nice, approachable and kind. We showed up early to check in but called ahead to see if they could hold our bags. We got there and due to the inconvenience, they had rushed to clean our room and it was ready hours before regular check in time. It is a great location as well, really quality food all around the location.
great location, plenty of food outlets, metro station, we actually walked/hiked all the way from here to the famous Hollywood sign. Clean rooms, hot water, air con, fridge. We could use a kettle and the shower would be nicer with a screen rather than bathtub and curtain combination, but nothing major to complain about. 4 and a half stars.
The receptionist named John is very helpful and takes good care of the guests. He gives very good advice. The location is quite good for those who like to travel. You can easily walk to the Thai food area. The room is clean.
